Wedding!!!

I’m not tearing out my hair. I’m not running on an empty bank account. I’m not going big and fancy.

I am making all my decorations myself. I am getting my dress for under 100.! Hopefully with no needed alterations. I am buying a 10 x 30 tent and we have a very large white tarp we are adding to it. I am using my back yard , we are making tables and putting white sheets over them. I have royal blue as my color and the October colors will lend a hand, I hope.

I still need to figure out, photos, video, flowers, chairs and my hubby needs his suit. I still need to decide on, a reception – appetizers, deserts, Snax kinda thing? Ask guests to bring things? Would that be weird? Then we need plates, drink ware and a cake. I want a cake but how to do that and not have to do all of the other stuff?

My girls

My kitties have just become so much more social and playful since we moved here. It scares me because they keep crossing the street so I try to get them to stay in back of the house. Did u know a cat considers a two mile radius to be there boundaries! !!! Two miles. Wow! I don’t want them to leave our one acre. I have been looking into ways to keep them away from the road but whatever I do they can just go around it!!

Stainless steel sinks

Wish I remembered to take a before shot, my sink was covered in drywall mud, paint, sawdust, it was awful and I could not see it as a cleaning tool!! Now I don’t use chemicals as much as possible so I took out my vinegar and baking soda. 

Put in the plug, dusted it all over with powder and poured just enough vinegar in to make a paste with. As you scrub with it you can see it turns brown if the sink was bad like mine anyway. I hate that sticky type feeling stainless sinks gets on the sides. You can let it set if u need it to get through like on paint, or just scrub. I use my hands but u could use whatever u want. After just rinse repeat if u need to for spots u may have missed. 

Just a cheap, quick and non chemical alternative.

Pre-med!!

Never will I be ready to watch you leave. The day you arrived was the day my life truly began. Never could I have imagined my boy would grow to such a wonderful young man, never because I doubted you but in doubt of myself. I am so proud of my son. At 19 he has the next 12 years planned out. God willing they will go as such, I loved having him home with us for the 4th and as usual breaks my heart when he leaves. My son, pre-med.
