A guide to scrapbooking storage

Finally got a picture of him! I didn’t even care how good of a picture it was , he has only stopped once before and only for a quick second! My goal is to see every bird in my little book.
Yup, this is April in Maine!!!!

My beautiful little niece lives in Avon Connecticut and her class is doing a project to see if they can collect postcards from around the world!! Anyone willing to send a postcard from home would be majorly appreciated and shared on my page. Used ones can just be written on or new is good as well. Apparently this has been a month going and they have only a few from other states so I’m calling for help!!!
Send the to Tracey Bernier
165 River rd Benton Maine 04901
And I will forward them to my niece!!!
One small thing will help a child and classmates accomplish a great project!!!!
Thank you 🙏
We bought our house March 2017 and since then we have redone all the floors, took out a wall separating the living room and dining room, put an 6 foot bay window in, reinsulated most of the outside walls with new windows all well, made the porch into a sun porch, tore out the whole kitchen and started it over. We had to cut out ceilings in the stairways for my 6 foot son to not hit his head, lol, and bunch of other things. The main problem besides the plaster is the ceiling upstairs starts at 4 feet on one wall and gets to 7 at the other, both sides of the house, very bad for my back!!! , so we said we had to fix it.
We finally started the process,

We drew up the first set of plans yesterday and decided besides tearing off the whole roof we are also putting in a small addition to make it a completed straight four walls.
The finished house will be 30 x 32 and it will all be usable space!!!
My son woke me up in the middle of the night said he had a BAT in his room!!! Wait,! What!!!! We put a towel under the door since my husband is not home and my son was on the couch.
This morning I walk into the other room and my cats are playing with a bat on the stairs!!
I don’t know if it’s the same bat or not but it is winter time here in Maine!! They should be hibernating!
Do I have a colony in my house???
I’m freaking out here friends!

I haven’t gotten my crafting synced with the holidays yet, way behind schedule, have days that I hurt and barely move but, I am making somethings!!!

Trying to make things to sell is not the easiest thing with my constant self doubt and need for perfection! I have decided to turn my front porch into a for sale area for the winter, I can put my lawn sale things out to mix in with the things I make and buy to resell. It’s not a huge space and it’s not heated but gets full sun all day and is recently completely insulated!
Could this be the start of a small local business? I don’t know but I guess I have to start somewhere!

This is Cloe. We just couldn’t let her stay were she lived. They had ten cats and one litter of 8 kittens. Small, malnourished and living in filth. As we helped a PALS shelter gather them this little girl won my heart so after some time at the shelter being fixed and brought out of danger I brought her home. 2 hours and she is now sleeping in the window content as can be. Lol my pup was over excited and she never met a dog before but I am hoping they will become friends. Selina the 4 year old we brought home from the shelter months ago is not very happy about it but I am also hoping that will change.

It’s almost finished, we put on the deck and roof then the rocks around the doors, so now to put the railings back on and a new light. I love it. I also love that most of this was free or bought really cheap!! Recycling and up cycling supplies has saved us soooo much money!!!
Strike a pose!, nope want to stand on my head momma!

I am full of things to say today! Lol

As the seasons change, so does my pain. In the summer it hurts when it rains, in the winter it hurts as it gets colder, but the pain is still the same, pain. The winter pain spreads in more places, and seems to be lot more often, it’s harder to get past then summer pain. I can get up and move to get rid of summer pain but winter pain just gets a little easier to bare. It’s strange, it’s the same pain, just different.
Humans are entirely different creatures and creations then weather and seasons but they all effect us in many ways. Before getting into medicine my son used to say I was crazy when I said it was the weather making me hurt , now he just says I’m crazy! Lol

Saw a post by another blogger, Photos by Ravi and he had a version of Monet as well, so even though I posted this pic already I just wanted to repost with this in mind! What do you think? Do I make the newbie group for like Monet!

Course his are paintings but, so much beauty!
