Create a Glittery Snowflake on Glowing Red Background
by Arjita Sepaha Singh

For today’s card, I used the Sparkle Embossing Powder to create the beautiful snowflake on a bright red cardstock. I used VersaMark Embossing Ink to stamp the snowflake. Once the embossing powder was melted I blended some red inks with a sponge dauber around the edges of the card. This adds a beautiful glow to the card and I finished the card with a sentiment in black. This is a perfect project to be mass-produced for your Christmas cards.

It’s Time To Deck The Halls {DIY & Frugally of Course!}
Howdy friends! I think I have mentioned it several times lately that I am really excited for the holiday season. I have barely done a lick of shopping nor is there anything I am hoping to receive except joyful times with family and friends! I started decorating yesterday (for the first time ever before my kids were nagging me to get the decorations up LOL!) and I enjoyed myself immensely! We decided to wrap the posts on our front porch with red velvet ribbon and reuse the faux evergreen garlands on the bannister. I did not have enough ribbon on hand so I went to AC Moore and grabbed a few spools at 60% off. The ribbon I got was 1 1/2″ wide in a 20 yard long spool and I paid about $2 a roll-reg. $4.99. I was hoping to find wider ribbon but actually it worked out better…

Hi friends! I spent the morning teaching a workshop making DIY kissing balls, it was so fun! I wish I took a photo because you would not believe how lovely all of the Christmas kissing balls looked hanging in the greenhouse as my beginner students put the finishing touches on them. Now I am enjoying a hot cup of tea before climbing into the attic to fetch our Christmas decorations. We decorated the porch last weekend when the weather was nice and it has been so cheerful to come home to. I enjoyed the decorations on my porch so much that I thought it would be fun to create cards inspired by them!

We still have a few finishing touches to add like icicle lights at the roof and greenery in the ice skates but all in all I really like it! We have a small ranch style home so…

How to Write a Great Blog Post: A Beginner’s Guide
Spread joy
From great pain to great motivation
In my “journeys” on YouTube while listening to what the greatest people have to say about everything, I’ve noticed that so many of them got awesome because they were at a very low point in their lives and they decided to do something about it.
It’s interesting how we feel the need of some sort of change when we’re suffering and it seems that the bigger the pain, the bigger the motivation can be. For example, Will Smith comes from a broke family where he had to work from a very early age. Tony Robbins has been abused as a kid by his mother and while growing up he got to a point where he got only 17 dollars which he gave to a child in a restaurant, this leaving him with nothing. Grant Cardone has been homeless for 6 months. Tom Bilyeu was obese. Eminem grew up…
